Refund Policy

Digital goods (notes, PDFs, courses)

By starting the download, you expressly consent to immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal under §18 FAGG (Austrian distance-selling law) lapses upon download. Refunds for digital goods are granted only in cases of:

• The file is corrupt or unreadable and the seller cannot fix it.
• The content materially differs from the listing description.
• The content violates our terms (plagiarism, copyright).

Physical items (books)

14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition received. Shipping costs for return are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective.

Services (tutoring)

Cancel up to 24 hours before the agreed session for a full refund. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Open the order in My orders and contact the seller first. If unresolved within 7 days, contact support@studymarket.at and we will mediate. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
